HEALTHY HABITS start small.
For the smiles that shape tomorrow.
MORE CONFIDENCE✳MORE LEARNING✳MORE LAUGHTER✳MORE POSSIBILITY
01 / OUR WHY
A healthy smile shouldn’t be a privilege.
Toothache can make a school day feel impossibly long. Prevention can help give children their everyday lives back.
Families face real barriers: cost, time, access to care, and confusing advice. We believe clear information and practical support belong within everyone’s reach.
For all.
Clear information and practical support should be within every family’s reach.
02 / FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
You don’t need perfect. You need a place to start.
Small, repeatable steps. Less overwhelm. More confidence.
01
Make brushing a team sport.
Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. Help children until they have the skills to brush well on their own.
What about younger children?
Ask your child’s dentist about the right toothpaste amount for their age. Supervise brushing and encourage spitting rather than swallowing.
02
Give water a starring role.
Make water the everyday drink between meals. Frequent sugary drinks give teeth more sugar exposure throughout the day.
Try one simple swap
Put a refillable water bottle within easy reach. Start by replacing one sugary drink in your family’s usual routine.
03
Build a relationship with a dentist.
Start dental visits by your child’s first birthday. Ask about prevention, fluoride, and whether sealants are appropriate.
Family guidance: CDC oral health tips. General education; your dentist can guide care for your child.
03 / THE SMILE CLUB
Big adventures. Little habits.
Hey, smile explorer! Bring a grown-up and pick your next mini mission.
No scores to compare. Just a little practice together.
MISSION 01 · BRUSH TOGETHER
Two minutes. One super smile.
Grab your toothbrush and a grown-up. Gently clean every side of your teeth.
2:00
Ready when you are!
Brush the plaque away!
★ 0
Tap the marked teeth and collect stars. A grown-up plays while you brush, or practise together before brushing.
Start the brushing timer to play.
The game clears pretend plaque. A real cavity cannot be brushed away and needs dental care.
MISSION 02 · DRINK DETECTIVE
Thirsty after an adventure?
Which drink is a great everyday choice between meals?
Choose a drink to discover why.
04 / AT THE FAMILY TABLE
Good food. Everyday budgets. Happy habits.
Nutrition education should fit real kitchens and real lives. Start with a conversation, not a complicated shopping list.
01 Become a label detective
Look at the added sugars on drinks and packaged snacks together. Compare similar products and choose one realistic change.
02 Make snack time intentional
Try a regular snack time instead of constant grazing. Offer age-appropriate foods as part of a varied diet, and choose water between meals.
03 Make it a family experiment
Let your child help plan one snack or fill the family’s water bottles. Keep changes small enough to repeat tomorrow.
